The PS4 only plays PS4 games on disks. Sony is now launching a service called PlayStation Now, which is basically like Netflix but for PlayStation games. Right now they are only renting out PS3 games, but it's not too out of the box to assume that they will expand it to PS2 and PSone games in the future. But for now, no, the PS4 will not play your older games.
