Under Armour Performance Crew Socks

I set out to buy these on Friday. When going through the ordering process it said it would arrive on Tuesday. After completing the order, amazon estimated the arrival on Monday. I woke up on Saturday to find they had arrived. 1 day shipping. The socks themselves are very soft and extremely breathable. Perfect for avoiding sweaty feet. I wear a size 12 shoe and ordered the size Large. Around the foot it is very comfortable. It is easy to forget you have anything on your feet. It is close to the skin, but not tight. The part of the sock that covers your leg is very noticeable. It is tight, but not restricting. Even so, it is still soft and will not irritate the skin. The best part about these socks is they always feel cool. It's like being on the cool side of the pillow. I am currently wearing these and my feet would be warmer if I had them off, which is nice since I'll be using them for activities in which my feet usually overheat and sweat too much. I would not recommend these if you normally have cold, or dry feet. Just standing is enough to make my feet sweat. I would recommend these if you want a sock that will keep your feet comfy and dry when active.

I bought two pairs of these socks in red, for our son who plays basketball. He wanted the popular Under Armour logo on his socks, and since Santa was asking for his list, it seemed like a good purchase. These socks come in 16 colors to match any team uniform, and the price varies depending on the color you choose.He wears a men's size 9 shoe, so I got him the large size in these socks. I compared them to socks he already had, and they are the same, so the sizing is as expected.Other than costing $9 per pair, these are nice socks. My other son had a pair a year ago and they held up well through football and laundering. We save them to wear in the games, and use regular Hanes white socks for practices - at this price we need to take good care of them.

I wear these socks sparingly, they are my winter running socks. I have had no problems with durability but they don't get as much wear. I like the extra height so I don't get any gap between socks and leggings, and they're thicker than my other socks so my feet stay warmer. I wear them in Minnesota in the winter and they're plenty warm for me. I'm just disappointed they are now only available in a large. I only bought one pair the first time because I wasn't sure they'd be what I want, and I wasn't running as much then. Now I need more than one pair to get through a week of runs and I'll have to try something new because they don't seem to come in my size any longer.

I ordered these in a size Medium and if you look at the Packaging it says Medium (Made in China) It also says that a size Med. is for sizes 4--8-1/2 ( which really begs the question ) If Med. is 4--8-1/2 then what must small be size 2--4. I have given them to my Grandson and they seem to fit him fine but he is only 6 years old. I have since ordered them in Large and will keep you up to date on them. I wonder if they will come through with that absurd Logo sewn on the back My daughter says that she thinks that there is a way to get it off of there even if it means to color it in with blue perma marker. UPDATE 4/3/14 I ordered them in the large size and they seem to fit just about alright Large in this case is 10 1/2 however they still have that ridiculous looking Logo on the back. I ordered a few pair and now my Girlfriend has jumped into the action and ruined one of the socks trying to cut the Logo off. If the Logo looked like something I probably would let it go but it looks like It has a splotch of White paint thrown on them. I think that I will give up and order something else. JC

My son is a waiter and on his feet for long periods of time. These are his favorite socks and he has tried many.. Since he is using them as a work sock, the thinner fabric is great and wears more like a dress sock which he needs in black. We just wish it was easier to find them in black in an XL. For his purposes, they have lasted for a long time; four pair were just starting to show wear after over a year of almost daily use and washings. A new supply was his favorite Christmas gift. Highly recommend for people who need a good sock for work and worth the money.

Socks fit pretty well and do seem to wick away sweat. they are fairly thick on the bottom so they do get warm if the mercury rises. I wouldn't use these if the temp was over 60, even with the mesh like top panel they do get warm. They have worked well for runs in the 40's and 50's.

These socks are great. No seems across the toes so that's a plus. The material feels like a mix of a regular cotton sock and one of those dress sock materials. Their thin socks but very good fitting. A must buy if your looking for a unique cotton blend, with a no seem design.

My son loves these socks as alternatives to the Nike Elite socks. The fit is more traditional. They are easy to put on and take off. The Nike Elites are very fitted, almost like compression socks in some places, but these are not. The Under Armour logo is on the back. They are the same length (height?) as Nike Elites, but they do not have a left and a right footed sock. They fit true to size.

Good quality socks. Thought it was for 3 pairs (which would have been good value) but mis-read the details so would say they are over-priced for one pair
